Warranty Conditions

General Warranty Conditions E.i Panama International thanks its clients for purchasing equipment from our company and, thinking of their highest degree of satisfaction, offers the following guarantee conditions: 1. The guarantee is strictly covered at the company's fiscal domicile and the customer must submit their original invoice at the time of making the claim. 2. The company is only responsible for failures or factory defects concerning the hardware. It is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, alteration or physical damage caused by the user. 3. The software has no warranty. 4. The duration of the guarantee for the equipment assembled by E.i.Panama International, if any, (combos), is 1 year, counted from the date of purchase stated on the invoice; except for the mouse, keyboard, horns, microphone and webcam; which have a 3-month warranty. 5. The fiscal equipment has a 1-year warranty on the Aclas, Dascom and Bixolon brand equipment; and 2 years in Bematech, Star Micronics and Citizen equipment. 6. IMEXX, Apple, Cooler Master, Nvidia, Nexxt, Microsoft (Hardware Only), HP, Cannon, LG, AOC, Acer, Toshiba, Samsung, Dell, Lenovo, MSI, Sony and Panasonic brand products are warranted for 1 year. 7. Loose computer parts and components such as RAM memory modules, Hard Drives, Mother Cards and the like, have a 6-month guarantee if they do not show damage due to incorrect installation or incorrect use of the hardware. 8. Accessories have a 3-month warranty, as well as point-of-sale equipment such as cash drawers, optical readers, viewers, and the like. 9. Computer equipment accessories, such as digital cameras, SD memory modules, mini SD, micro SD, flash drives, mp4, mp3, iPod, iPad and the like that are presented under warranty must have their respective packaging, accessories and complete manuals. 10. The following products have warranty covered directly by the manufacturer: HP, Cannon, Acer, AOC, Samsung, Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, MSI, Sony, Panasonic and LG. 11. The chairs, tables, desks and files that are removed assembled from the company do not have a guarantee and those that are removed unassembled and have some factory defect, the client has 48 hours to claim a guarantee. 12. Consumable products such as ink, toner or similar cartridges do not have a guarantee. 13. The guarantee of E.i Panama International. will be without effect in the following cases: to. Damages due to external causes such as fires, floods, storms, lightning, liquid spills or blows to the exterior of the merchandise. b. Disarmament, alteration or intervention by personnel outside E.i.Panama International or not authorized by it. c. Internal or external invasion by liquids, garbage, sand, insects or rodents or obstruction of fans. d. Use of chemical products not suitable for cleaning that deteriorate the equipment. and. Fluctuation of the voltage indicated for the equipment. e. Peel off the product warranty label. 14. The merchandise that has been entered under warranty will have a period of 90 days to withdraw it, once the client has been informed that he can pick up the product, otherwise the company will not be responsible for it. Returned goods When a customer who has purchased merchandise wishes to return it, for any reason other than some damage, they have a period of 48 hours to do so and the following conditions: 1. The Merchandise in question must be in perfect working order and not show signs of having been used or mistreated. 2. The product must have its original packaging, accessories and complete manuals. 3. Merchandise returns are not accepted in the following cases: to. Merchandise whose packaging is sealed. b. consumables. c. Software. Fiscal Equipment Maintenance Contract The National Revenue Directorate (DGI) through Executive Decree No. 53, establishes that there must be a maintenance contract for each fiscal team. The maintenance contracts provided by E.i. Panama International for Fiscal Teams Include: 1. Annual maintenance of the equipment, including 3 annual visits to the client's home. 2. Customer service during business hours, which may be by telephone or the customer's own. 3. Repair for equipment failures. 4. Failures caused by malpractice or malicious acts are not covered by the technical service, having to additionally cancel the hours of service to E.i. Panama International. Technical service The cost for reviewing a piece of equipment at the company's facilities is $10 and additionally the cost of the work and the parts that may need to be changed are charged. In the case of home services, the review will cost $20 and an additional cost of $45 per hour. Home service may or may not be available depending on the day of activity, which is why we encourage customers to make scheduled service appointments. Once the equipment is ready and the client is informed, they have a period of 90 days to withdraw their merchandise, otherwise the company will not be responsible for it. Drayage Services The delivery service costs $10 in the Metropolitan area, $15 in the San Miguelito area, and $20 in the Tocumen area. The cost of the haulage service is additional to the technical service performed on the equipment. The haulage service may or may not be available depending on the day of activity, localization of the client, sending prices and thats is why we encourage customers to schedule service appointments with time.
